Journey Junction runs reservation-based tasting departures on Wednesday through Saturday, with start times at 11:00 and 16:30. Each walk begins at a market or food district meeting point in Central Coast, then follows a route built around local specialties and the day’s available tastings.
The market tasting walk is designed for groups of 3 to 10 participants and usually lasts around 180 minutes. It includes 4 to 6 tastings, with the final route and tasting stops confirmed after booking so the experience can reflect the group’s interests and the venues available that day.
